Cook County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management has agreed to provide tuition support for credentialed members of Statewide specialized rescue teams recognized by IEMA or employees of fire departments in the following Illinois counties: Cook, DuPage, Lake, Will, McHenry and Kane.
