To:  IPSI Participants and Friends

The Institute is considered essential training for public works managers, and the plan is to go forward with the Institute for July 11 – 16, 2021.  We are working closely with the Keller Convention Center to plan safety measures to protect participants, instructors, and staff. The specific protocols will be sent to everyone that is registered just before the beginning of the events. 

  • We will encourage all participants who wish to get vaccinated to do so at least two weeks before the start. 
  • Those not vaccinated will be encouraged (but not required) to be tested for COVID the week before attending.
  • The current plan is to put people at round tables of five in the conference center.  If someone is not comfortable with that, we will make special accommodations for them.
