Due to lack of scholarship applications for the April 2022 IPSI session, there will now be two scholarships awarded for the fall Illinois Public Service Institute (IPSI) session taking place October 2-7, 2022, at the Keller Convention Center in Effingham Illinois. For additional information regarding IPSI please reference the IPWMAN website www.ipwman.org or the IPSI website www.ilpsi.org.
