IPWMAN-IPSI Scholarship

Due to lack of scholarship applications for the April 2022 IPSI session, there will now be two scholarships awarded for the fall Illinois Public Service Institute (IPSI) session taking place October 2-7, 2022, at the Keller Convention Center in Effingham Illinois.
