Who should attend: Public Works, Townships, Road Districts, County Highway Department Supervisor's, Superintendents, Assistant Directors, Directors, Managers, Emergency Managers, etc.

 

As members of IPWMAN, it's importatnt to learn more about the organization you belong to, it's benefits and how to provide and obtain assistance in an emergency.  In joining us at this training session, we will be discussing how the assistance process works when you need help in your community, how to activate IPWMAN for help and how our Duty Officers coordinate and collaborate with the requesting agencies.

 

Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, you will be better able to: 1. Become better aquainted with all of the IPWMAN regions in the State of Illinois.  2. Understand the benefits of being an IPWMAN member.  3. Aquire knowledge of what an IPWMAN  Duty Officer is and their responsibilities.
