Road Builder University presents in-person safety training, Electrical and Other Hazards in Roadway Construction on Wednesday, June 1, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, at Aldridge Electric, 1111 E. Touhy Ave., 3rd Floor, Des Plaines, IL 60018.

 

This course is focused on preventing fatalities and injuries in the roadway construction industry by providing an overview of the focus four hazards, like falls, struck by, caught-in or between hazards, with emphasis on electrical safety in roadway construction. The course is designed and delivered by ARTBA.

 

What you will learn:

·    Overview of OSHA "Focus Four"

·    Most Common Electrical Hazards in Roadway Construction—what they are and how to avoid them.

·    Employer Requirements

 

Participants will earn four (4) contact hours of professional development. Limited to 40 attendees.
